	Public Recreation Building
	Alameda, California

	This single story park recreation building contained approximately 2,000 gsf. The interior and exterior walls of the building were constructed from concrete masonry blocks for durability. The roof framing system consisted of 2x decking over wood beams. The roof framing extended beyond the perimeter walls of the building to create a covered walkway all around the structure. $0.4M construction cost.
