  This project consisted of a 147,500 gsf light industrial building shell. The roof framing system consisted of panelized wood roof members supported on open-web steel trusses. The perimeter walls were constructed from tilt-up concrete panels. The rear wall of the structure consisted entirely of panels with large openings for truck loading dock doors, or knock-out panels for future doors.
