This project was located on a steeply sloping site and consisted of 11 new student dormitory buildings (608 beds) and one community building. The dormitory plans included three building types with both 2- and 3-story configurations. The structural system consisted of spread footings, CMU retaining walls, and conventional wood framed construction.
$16M construction cost.
