This project consisted of three stories of wood framed apartments supported on a structural concrete slab over a ground level parking garage. The wood framed portion of the structure is laterally supported by plywood shear walls. The two-way concrete slab at the second floor level is supported by interior concrete columns and perimeter masonry walls.
